For the record, it's only been summer for about 4 weeks.

That's right. Summer started June 21. It's not even the middle of the summer yet. It's been like 10000 degrees EVERY DAY so far. Naturally, in the middle of the summer, I would voluntarily switch jobs from one where I can wear a short sleeved shirt and jeans to a job where I have to wear a SUIT ALL THE TIME.

I like wearing suits, don't get me wrong. Nothing classier. BUT, I also am not allowed to drive yet. I use public transportation, but that isn't exactly door to door. Everyday in this shitty weather I end up walking about 4 blocks in ridiculous heat coupled with suffocating humidity. It's getting a little annoying coming to work drenched in sweat. One good thing I'll say about wearing a suit: you can't see the sweat as long as you leave your jacket on.
I firmly believe people should wear suits more often. They just look nice and people tend to act less stupidly when they wear them. We need less idiots strolling the streets doing idiotic things. But we also need better public transportation around here so people can wear suits, not do idiotic things and get to where they're going without looking like they just got off the basketball court. Just saying. Think about it, BARTA.
